Probably a channel that was then known as weinstein888 and changed to "Angelwork Tech" at some point.

Although in a few weeks it'll probably be Martialmonki, but I don't know if it counts when they grow to that size after the comments.

Mine is probably Repzion, I made a video about his conversion to atheism and he thought it was funny, after he commented it got like 2,000 more views. Gineriella also commented on one of my videos when she had about 11,000 subs, to me that's pretty large.

When I hear Repzion's name I just sense some shenanigans. Hope you know his extreme notorious deeds.
