Most of my views come from people not subscribed?

Same here. But again I wouldn't worry, I suspect it's the same for a lot of people. About 80% of my views are from non subscribers. Just make sure you give the viewers every opportunity to subscribe, like annotations to subscribe and mention it at the end of each video.
 
I have nearly 25'000 subscribers.
99.2% of my watch time is from NON subs!
Only 0.8% is from my subs..
