I was browsing my analytics and found that 91% of my viewers aren't subscribed to me. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not?

That's good! It means new people are seeing your content and that's what you want, opening up to a bigger audience!
Do you have a "call to action" in your video? I know it's awful, but asking people to subscribe makes a difference.
You've got step 1 covered: people are finding your videos. Step 2 is getting them to come back for more.
Don't worry about it my friend! A lot of people don't actually have Youtube accounts so instantly they are unable to subscribe and i think a lot of people just don't bother subscribing anyway but watch your stuff when it comes outDon't sweat it
! As long as you are getting traffic then keep working hard buddy
!!!
We're the same. 5% of views are from subs. If someone watches your videos a few times, it will show us as "recommended for you" on the right sidebar, so they will still see videos without subbing. Many people don't have accounts, maybe are not logged in, watch at work where they don't want to login with their personal account.
Some unis use google services, so you're accessing google with your uni profile. Kids can be using their parents' devices and parents don't want hundreds of subscriptions. There's lots of reasons.
We just got a smart TV for the bedroom, and watched some of our videos. I have no idea what profile the TV is logged in, if it's logged in at all? I also did not see a subscribe button, have no idea how to sub to a channel from a smart TV.
