Monitoring for possible review.

I have a video that has almost 2000 views.
Sadly i cannot monitze it because of "Monitoring for possible review".
It has this stat for 3 weeks now and is only 1 minute long me talking.
Without any music or any other footage.Only showing my ps4 LED mod.
Is there a trick to get this fixed?

I only ask because i read some threads were people waiting for more than months.
So i think this will never be monetized

The only other thing you can do is cancel it and retry it. But this can result in the longer process.
