Monetizing wwe videos on youtube

I have noticed that some user on youtube monetizing wwe videos in spanish commentary username spanishlhdreal.
i am also tried but the video not eligible youtube asking for commercial rights.

You need rights to use most stuff out there, there are exceptions for royalty free content and games that allow LPs, but most of the time you need rights to use most content.

We don't know if that Spanish guy is necessarily getting the money off that video, maybe he was in the same situation as you and now WWE put ads on his video to earn money.

More than 30+ Accounts all of are idle status tried in my teenage when i am newbie to earn money on online.

why we need to Provide commercial rights youtube, but someone other monetizing without this.

Just because a bunch of people in videos are doing illegal things doesn't mean there is a rule (it just means that they haven't been caught yet, or whatever source footage material they are using doesn't use content id or allows use for anyone).
