So, my videos are monetized, therefor ads play on my videos, but for some reason my "estimated earnings" doesnt go up, what gives?

Well I think you said you were getting little views right? It takes quite a bit of traffic to make any money from monetization.

you need to have way more views than you are currently getting, this applies for partners as well, you need a fair few amount of views before you can start making money, it's because a really small channel generates a tiny amount of traffic, and small traffic doesn't generate money, monetizing is a specific function, anyone can utilise it, just not everyone can initially make any money out of it, it's silly of youtube really to offer ways to make money to channel's that don't have enough traffic to earn in the first place, but my advice is keep growing, and eventually you will get something out of it, you have a good channel so eventually it will all work out!
I personally don't turn monetisation on, i just use it to get custom thumbnails!

Views are very important in getting any real money from monetizing. As well, if you did earn any, you wont be able to see immediately, as it is delayed to make sure that the views are real.

yea and most of the ads are base on CPM which is cost per 1000 impressions, meaning the only way to truly make money is getting thousandths of views a month

My channel averages 1,000 views per day. And this month I've averaged $2.39 per day in earnings.
Last month I averaged $1.26 per day in earnings.
I've got almost 75k views and broke 100$ in earnings last week.
It's pretty much chump change unless your channel explodes and you get a ton of views and subs. I just started and am grinding my way up! growing everyday.

alright also, and this is kinda unrelated, is it safe to post skits on my computer channel? it wasn't intended for that, but I've been having a few good ideas lately and I'm not sure if I should make a new channel for the skits or just upload em' on this channel. So confused
