Can anyone make sense of this? I think it is ok, but this is a pretty vague answer:
"We encourage users to make their own user generated content. This includes, but is not limited to; tutorials, playthroughs, highlight reels, etc. You are free to monetize your videos through partner programs, but must adhere to the guidelines and policies within or End User License agreement.
You are permitted to post your videos through partner programs on sites such as Twitch and Youtube. However, you are not permitted to charge access to your videos, sell your videos, or license your videos for any form of payment."
