I Love YTtalk
I made a new intro for my gaming channel but the video has monetization rejected for some reason. I am 99% sure I didn't have stuff that I don't have permission for and The creator of the song gives you permission if you credit him in the description. Is there anyway I can make an appeal or do I have to reupload?

If you read he says 'for non-commercial use'. That basically means, you can have it on your iPod, you cannot use it in a video where you intend to make money.

So whoever Youtube rejects or put a copyright on my video I just show them the document and they remove the ban. So make sure you comply with the owners "Terma of Use" before monetizing the content that you don't own.
