Monetization Rejected for my Video and Music with creator's permission

I made a new intro for my gaming channel but the video has monetization rejected for some reason. I am 99% sure I didn't have stuff that I don't have permission for and The creator of the song gives you permission if you credit him in the description. Is there anyway I can make an appeal or do I have to reupload?

If you read he says 'for non-commercial use'. That basically means, you can have it on your iPod, you cannot use it in a video where you intend to make money.

Yes but he allows people to monetise the video if we credit him with a link to the song or his channel

Frigging awesome man... Love it :D
I know a lot of people ask this, but can I put adsense in a video with your music?
Thanks for allowing people to use it in their vids anyway :)

This is just a statement that he commented which Youtube does not consider it at all. In order to really use his music you must agree and take action according to the "Terms of Use". If the person really has a name then it must be definitely mentioned in the website of the person. There is always a condition that you must comply before you can monetize other content. Since the use keep changing, I personally have a written signature authority directly from the owner that gives me the commercial rights to use his music in mine without giving him credits. But not all do that, I'm luck to find him ;) So whoever Youtube rejects or put a copyright on my video I just show them the document and they remove the ban. So make sure you comply with the owners "Terma of Use" before monetizing the content that you don't own.
