Monetization Rejected - Can I do anything about it?

So, I tried monetizing my video (Watch Dogs app review) and of course it got rejected because it shows gameplay. I then emailed Ubisoft and while I was waiting for a reply, I kept trying to provide information that I found online, but then it got to a point where I can no longer submit the information and I now have Ubisoft's consent.

So the question is, is there anything I can do now?

i think it takes a little bit to be able to re monetize it

i dunno if it counts as a strike or not

Contact YouTube via the "Help" thing. There is a monetization bit.

contact youtube and if everything fails, just try to join a network, that would reset the cms and help claim videos again

If you fail to provide proof of rights within 14 days then your video is rejected permanently, sorry.

How DO we contact YouTube. Those help pages say that I must have 15,000 hours watched time in the last 90 days and I only have 11,000. 650-253-0000 is an automated Google switchboard and the only way to speak to someone is knowing their direct extension number. I got a "Monetization Rejected" icon the same day as I attempted to enable monetization on 1 video but it isn't clickable and I've no way to provide them with information from the publisher. The publisher says that I need to contact YouTube but I'm stuck.
