Monetization question

When I upload a video to youtube it says I can monetize it, but I haven't put in my paypal account or anything, so where does the money go, and how do I get it?

You need to associate a valid AdSense account to your YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/account_monetization?action_adsense_connection=1 and you will receive your earnings once you suppress $100.

You can also receive payment by check. Google will also mail you a verification code after you have earn $10.
