Monetization of data visualization videos

Is youtube allows to monetize videos, which contains public data visualized in interactive charts created in After Effects? For example, videos like this ( this is not my channel, just video as an example)
 
If you are the same person who posted this query to the Official YouTube Support Community Forum, what makes you think an answer from an unofficial Community Forum would be more valid?

The content isn't monetizable; but if you don't want to believe my answer from the official forum, then wait for the official emailed result of your Compliance Review.
