Monetization in countries where it is not enabled by tube

Hello everyone, I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in this country monetization
is not enabled , my first channel was deleted for violating rules and on that channel it has been possible to monetize , on my new channel i get a message that monetization is not possible in this country .

I found a way to handle it and to enable monetization but I'm not sure that it is allowed here to write about it because it violates the rules on you tube .

I'm interested in whether it is possible to change the number that is used to verify the account, I would bought a new number from another state and if i verifi may account over it would they allow me monetization ?

my english is bad but I believe you understand me .
 
I guess getting the number from other state might help, but I'm not sure! Mayb youtube first detects your IP then they decide to say NO!
In Malaysia, monetization wasn't available, but recently I signed up to youtube and applied for partnership with my original content, they approved within two days!
 
im trying to enable monetazition on my friend channel becaus he have his original contet , bhut he verifi account with number from our country and now he cant monetize ...

i can make him a new channel and enble monetazition bhut he must upload all his videos again and he will lose all those vievs , im trying to find any other way to enable monetazition so he can keep that .. we will try to applie for partnership mybe they approve it :D

Ok if he got less views over his videos, then he should make a new channel, apply using number from another state, get partnership, make a Video "GUYS I HAVE BRAND NEW CHANNEL, want to shift all my videos over there, so do Subscribe there".... maybe this way you'll retain subscribers and gain views again with new sub audience :)
 
I want to reccomend a recent video by Derral Eves (YT search his name) He just recently posted a video on other ways to monetise your channel, using paid sponsorships. See if that may help you out without violating any of youtube's terms.
 
we applied for partnership last night and now we must wait 48 h , if they refuse us we will try other ways, thanks to all for your answers
