Monetization from youtube do I need my channel to have the 1k subs & 4k hours ?

Hello guys,
As I mention on previous post one of my songs has gotten viral and I want to make sure my upcoming tracks are getting monetized by youtube I have the following quetions

I have uploaded my song to distrokid and is copyrighted already now following question is

-To get monetization from youtube, does my youtube channel need to have the 1k subscribers and 4k hours to get paid from my views on youtube ?

-Or since I have already copyrighted my song on distrokid, when I upload my song to youtube and start getting views before hitting the 4k views i Ill get those 4k hours paid for ?
 
You do NOT get paid for views or hours by YouTube.
You will not be considered for monetization until you get at least 1000 subs and have 4000 watched hours in the previous 12 months on YOUR channel.
You get paid nothing until after you are approved for monetization.

Makes sense, but do I get anything on distrokid even though I am not monetized on youtube yet ?
