Hello dear friends,
I am youtube administrator for a greek composer.

Can you please help me to a very specific issue?

I completed the youtube monetisation for his uploaded videos and everything is going OK! But, a very large number of users in youtube upload his videos and these videos count millions of views.

He do not want to erase these videos and drive visitors only to his youtube channel. But how he can earn the funds from the ads that are shown at these videos?

Thanks!

What do you exactly mean? The videos from others include music of my customer and they are monetised. What have we to do in order to receive that money?

You will have to talk to each poster that copied his song and ask them to feature your channel, the other thing you will have to do is file a copyright claim against them that way you can monetize their videos and earn the money they would earn.[DOUBLEPOST=1373958717,1373958683][/DOUBLEPOST]
You can set the monitization to only be able to view on monitized platforms
Lol, way to read the question thoroughly

I already started to ask a backlink to my official youtube channel at the description of the videos. Is that OK?

How do I complete this exactly? At the claim form I have to chose some options. I do not want to make a mistake.
Thank you so much for your support!

He/you would have to prove that the other people are uploading his content. If he has made DVD's or some other content that could be documented, I would think that there would be some official ASCAAP or similar records to prove the original source.

I don't know the official term but if you go to file a copyright claim on a video, it will give a list of how you can prove it's his work.

To monetize reuploads of your material, you must have exclusive rights and be accepted for the Content ID program at: http://www.youtube.com/content_id_signup. To be accepted, you must own large amounts of digital material that is copied on a daily basis by the YouTube community. If you are not eligible (not accepted), I would suggest reaching out to a digital rights management company that is able to offer Content ID for your content.

Dear Gabriel, I own the digital rights management company. And in this occasion, the composer DOES NOT WANT to remove videos uploaded from others.

He was rejected to Content ID programm and I need help, at the reasons for that.

He also is Youtube Partner and his video are beign monetised day by day. But the same videos are uploaded thousands of times from other users.

If you are the CEO of a DRM business you must have access to the backend of YouTube, no? If not, why not?

If he wasn't eligible, then he can go through you if you have access otherwise consult with a DRM company who can provide such a service for Content ID on YouTube.
