Monetising "matched third party content" videos

Hello guys, i wonder what will happen if i claim a video with "matched third party content". You will answer me that i cannot claim those videos, but i reply to you that the claim option is ENABLED while you are uploading a video like this, and gets disabled later, when YT matces the content

So what will happen if i claim it while i am uploading it?

i know but i am just wondering

if i am the creator of the visual part and i have copyrighted music in my video, can i monetise just the visual part?

is this option reffering to this issue or its completely different?

You shouldn't be using copyrighted stuff in the first place, unless you have rights to the content.

i know this but i am asking something different

But even if i upload a music track owned by others its legal if he gets the revenue, thats the meaning of content id existance, and the option for publishers to claim and monetise videos uploaded by other users

Honestly, I would just try monetizing it if you want to. Worst that can happen is YouTube says "We need more information to monetize your video". If that happens, go 1 of 2 ways:
1) If you do have rights to monetize the content, show them that you do.
2) If you don't have rights to monetize the content, don't give them any more info; just de-monetize the video instead.

i am asking because when you are uploading a video with a music track, claiming options are still enabled, and when the upload finishes, the result is a claimed video by you with "matched third party content" info, so what happens in this case?

thats my question but i dont wanna risk testing it to my partnered account, thats why am asking if anybody knows

thats a proper answer, but i have to know how you know that, did it happened to you or someone you know, or its in any guide?
