Monetisation problem

Hi everyone
Recently I have opened a new YouTube channel and today I found out the monetisation sign in front of one of my videos is disappeared. I tried to monetize it again but it shows me this message.
Does anybody know what should I do? :(:(

I should say that I own all rights for this video.

No, nothing. There is just a baby, which is smiling.
You can see here, if anything, just tell me, but I can not find anything against monetization.

Any other videos on your channel that are less than a minute long that are monetized?

I watched it. Didn't see any problem. (Very cute, by the way. :) )
The only problem I could think of is if YouTube/Google is delayed in fully processing your video... Often for my videos it can take 15-30 minutes for it to fully process, even though it says it's done uploading/processing.
Have you tried monetizing it recently?

Actually, I upload that video few days ago and after that I monetize it, but when few hours ago I checked the channel I saw no dollar icon there, I again tried to active monetorization but I got those massages which you can see on the picture above. :(

The only thing I could think of is if there is any third-party content OR if you swapped audio/used YouTube audio or something.
If you look on the attached picture, only the videos that I swapped audio (and accidentally used third-party content) don't have the dollar sign.
Just to verify: Your video under video manager looks like mine (no dollar sign) right?
