You need to be more specific.
Youtube never "just" disables adsense for any simple old claim.

Hmm... Did you click on your own ads?
If that, or something similar, is what happened then your chances of getting your adsense back are pretty much none, unfortunately.

You used copywritten material once 11 months ago on an old channel and now you're banned from adsense? That doesn't sound right. Were you using it often and the profitting from it a lot? That would do it.

that's fact what happen to me ? and i'm not know why youtube do something like that i'm approve for you with print screen with email from youtube and linke of my channel

If you're now behaving above board and have a new channel then I'm sure there's a way to reply/appeal with Youtube and explain yourself. As long as you haven't continued to do anything wrong. I'm not sayig this will fix everything but it's worth a shot.
A good rule of thumb for anyone is if you haven't created it and don't have outright permission to use it. Don't.
