Minecraft animation long enough to review...

Loving YTtalk
Could you tell me if the quality of this video is good? Also, could you tell me anything that you don't like about the video, so I can improve? ( I don't mind negative criticism)

This video was slightly better, although you are taking baby sized steps you are at least still stepping in the right direction.

With animation, especially 3d animation, getting the movement right is everything. I've seen animations that completely failed to enthral despite of the complex and beautiful 3d models and I've seen stick men animations that captivated simply because the movement was life like.

I think you need to practice more, maybe working in 2d would be worth a try, there are plenty of cool 2d animations. You need to do a bunch of animations for your self, like walking, running, jumping, walk then turn, different actions, watch what people don't IRL and then emulate it, forget the stories and the character just now. Get the movement right, I know it'll take a long time but if animation is something you want to do then that is what it'll take.

Or

if you just want to do funny stuff as a hobby, make your jokes a million times funnier, then poorer animation, maybe not as poor as your are right now, will suffice.

Either way

You'll need to Improve the sound effects and music. Sound is a whole sense and its as Important as the visual in many ways.

Hope this helps, I know its a little harsh but I think you need to work on it more, the best people in my animation class were the people who drew on their breaks and had a new drawing pad every other week and that goes for the 3d animators too, you need to study this to be good at it.

Thanks for all these tips, but as I said I don't mind negative criticism and this is pretty light compared to what others have said.

this looks pretty good although the movement is a little awkward but i assume your just starting out but the opening is a little confusing i would recommend some sort of visual to assure the viewers that the video is going to have a visual soon all in all a good start for animating
