Might be time to call it quits :/

What is your channel I'll give ya a sub. Always down to help a fellow ytalker. You have to remember why you started doing videos in the first place. For me I did them for myself and my friends and the fact that some people appreciate them is just an added bonus for me. Find what truly makes you happy and don't stop doing it. Views will come, and so will subs. Don't give up and like I said I'm always willing to help!

Thats one of his problems, if his current subscribers arent watching regularly adding more subscribers on top of that who dont watch because theyre subbing to help out isnt really going to have any effect other than inflate his stats.

I recommend you ask yourself a few things,

1) What can I do to improve my channel and content in order to get the activity levels I would like to see? - Take a good look at your channel and write down things you think you could improve, ask for an honest review too in our Reviews and Feedback forum and perhaps even give a review to others here as you tend to notice issues with your own content and channel when watching others.

2) What kind of growth would I be happy with seeing and what steps can I take today to get the ball rolling towards that goal? - Work out what levels of growth you would like to see, think about whats realistic for your channel and niche and try and figure out how you can get there whether thats by improving your content or engaging with your audience some more. Developing a plan is always a good idea :)

If you really wont be able to improve your content because you cannot speak louder etc then I would try and make it so you can if the current content is where your heart is at. I wouldnt do speedarts because theyre going to be easier to do and more suited to when you record, that is like settling for second best and I dont think you should unless you really want to do that instead.

Good luck man!

Thanks to everyone that replied, I will certainly take all advice and make a decision soon as to whether I continue.

I have 1 week to go until my first year - my goal was 200 subs and currently sitting at 184. Don't think I'll get there but we'll see :D
