What microphone do you use for you commentaries?
plz give me suggestions on what mics are good for recording gaming vids.

I use the blue yeti. Usb and very simple to use

I use the blue snowball, similar to the blue yeti but less expensive and takes up more desk space haha. i wanna get the Astro A40 though to do some let's plays as I do not like desktop mics much for LPs or trying to play with friends

I agree it is difficult to lets play as you have to wear headphones aswell which can be difficult to wire with some pvr's otherwise the game sound comes through your microphone aswell as the video recording

Ive also heard good things about rode microphones like the podcaster and the procaster

Atm I am using blue snowball microphone, love it, but I have used turtle beaches x12's before and they were pretty good too
