His microphone record really good.. if your microphone is good I don't think you have to change it because you make money.
 
As others here I'd highly recommend the Blue Snowball mics, they're great for the price and they are USB-connectable. Used mine for about 2 months and I love it, I got it from Amazon for about $60 USD.

Hmm Im still looking for the best price and quality.. I guess I will buy this one in the end.
 
Save up $300 dollars and get yourself a Zoom H4N. It's basically the coolest audio device ever created. It does everything you could ever want with sound recording.

That's bull. The Blue Snowball is good for kids making minecraft videos. It's not in the realm of good when you're the top grossing YouTube channel.
