Just put the mic closer to your face. Condensers are designed to be about 6-8 inches from the source, so if its' sitting on a desk next to the laptop fan... yeah, it'll pick that up. If it's close to your face, you can turn the gain down but still get good vocal volume and the fan won't be noticeable. Using noise reduction to fix this problem is like using duct tape to hold a tire on a car. Just get some lug nuts and do it properly.
