YTTALK Panty Thief
Not in Michelle's case. She thrives on controversy. Her public image contains that innocent and clean look where people would never peg her as someone who is capable of causing such a stir. So when people see her at first glance and hear of a situation like this one a lot of them immediately make assumptions based on her outward appearance and automatically think "F*CK THOSE MUSIC COMPANIES!!! SHE WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING!!!" without doing their own research on Michelle Phan first and discovering everything she has been caught up in. She's had more scandals than I managed to list in the last thread about this issue and quite possibly more than any other YouTuber. So either Phan is guilty and she is dragging this out with her counter-suet or she is not guilty and still dragging this out without providing any proof she had the right to use Ultra Records Music. Either way she will still be getting attention which I'm sure is what she is looking for.But with that large of an audience, don't you think that would be un-smart of Michelle to use copyrighted music without permission.
EDIT: Like it has been stated above me, I kind of feel like Michelle probably has something she has not shared.
