Mic Setup Help!

Hello All,
So I just want help for mic. I plan on buying the Audio technica At-2020 XLR mic. For the audio interface I plan on getting the scarlett 2i2. For the audio technica at2020 would you recommend the XLR or UBS and what would you recommend for audio interface?

XLR is superior for the primary reason of future upgrades. If you go USB, then future upgrades are extremely limited. I've not used the scarlett 2i2 but focusrite does make decent gear.

Which soundcard/phantom power would you recommend. Mid budget. Not too pricey.
