message to subscribers

It has nothing to do with amount of views/subscribers. While you're uploading a video the space where you want to message your subscribers will open.
When you're done with uploading it should automaticly block it/lock it.

I was watching this thread after Gohan posted the right answer the first time. I was like, "did they just completely ignore him?" o-o

Anyway, he is right. It's so people can't just keep spamming people with the same upload.
