message to subscribers

When you upload a video is there space for a message to your subscribers
but I can't get there ... I can't scribe something..

can someone help me?

This space will unlock while you're uploading a video. It will lock itself when you're done with uploading.

Well maybe it is something to do with your stats maybe you need a certain amount of subscribers and views?
