Media Distribution Company wants to get licensing of my youtube video for VOD

They increased the amount to 400 but they also extended the term for 3 years. What do you guys think?

Sounds pretty good to me to be honest.

$400 for two videos for three years and you keep the rights... The worst that can happen is that they make a small fortune from your video content, in which case they will be back to you for more but with a bigger offer. In the meantime you have absolute rights to any income the videos bring in from YouTube...
