MCN's or Adsense?

I have a quick and general question. What compels a video creator to use an MCN over using Adsense directly? What's the major driving factor behind your decision?
 
It's essential for some kind of gaming or cover song videos as a network may provide the necessary broadcast licenses. Furthermore do networks claim that they drive more traffic to and place better paid ads on some videos. I actually never heard that a network provides professional gear like a recording studio its members can use.
In exchange they take their share. It depends on if you personally are willing to pay that price and if you agree with the opt out conditions.

I'm with Fullscreen because of these reasons:
-Direct payment via paypal instead of checks
-apps: I mostly use the music, but they also offer spreadshirt storefronts which I've also used.
-Support: Apparently they will help out if something happens to the Youtube account such as botting, false copyright claims, etc.

I'm on the fence about renewing this year. The main thing I'm worried about is the music: I think I'd have to remove the music from my current Youtube videos or I'd get a strike. I have a few videos with a lot of views that have Fullscreen music, so that would kind of suck.

- Access to certain features
- Better payment methods
- Fast support
- Guidance for their channel
- Premium Ads
etc.
 
I prefer Adsense, but that is because I'm not a gamer trying to monetize gaming footage. All my content is fully created by me from the visuals to the music used so no direct need for joing a network.
