What I mentioned has nothing to do with adwords. The partner manager scheme is free 1 on 1 consulting and advice from a Google employee to take YT channels (with potential and already growing) to the next level. Do a search for Youtube partner managers and consultations. That's what you should be aiming for.

yeah i found some topic here and there talking about it, seems interesting.

yeah but if a network would provide such service, like for example "till 50k subs and X views per month, we retain 100% , in exchange we provide you with monthly adwords campaign " instead of waiting to get paid (few bucks in my case) , then do nothing cuz adwords doesn't take paypal as payment.

bottomline, it would be nice to have a network that give us such support, instead we have to spend time to do seo, at the end if i grow it's in their best interest.
i know, it will never happens, but let a big guy dream :)
