I did what all newbies do like 10 months ago I took YouTube serious, videos all the time and you can see it in my earlier views I did. But stopped for 2 months and all my videos since then have had literally just 100 views to under. I really didn't think consistency was that serious...But I just want to know from some of you could you just check my channel and tell me what I can do to improve?Like is there anything I am missing or is it really just that I am not consistent. Thank you guys would mean a lot.

Also biggest thing is consistency your titles are top 10 stuff most of the time so that'll bring in the people but you need to at least make semi daily uploads or weekly long videos.

Your audio quality is not that great. I'd suggest finding a better microphone.
 
I am the same, I go through phases where I stop uploading for like a month, I used to get between 100 - 500 views on my videos guaranteed and now I cant even get 100! It sucks but it's something we just gotta push through, carry on doing what you're doing and you'll get back into the swing of things :)
 
That's the thing with suddenly stopping youtube. I notice a lot of people have this problem, so I think its better to upload atleast 1 update for the month than nothing at all. When you take a break, you're practically starting from 0 again and basically that's probably the problem here.

Because I don't see any problems with your videos to be honest other than the quality of the voice over if compared to other people's but its still ok in my pov but should be sorted out when you can.

Then maybe its the ALL CAPS? Some people are very particular with the ALL CAPS thing for titles.

And then the thumbnails. People don't care about the numbers(they can read the title), they want to know what the video is about. So either a weird picture of the topic or an epic picture of the topic and make sure its not cluttered. If its cluttered, the eye can't focus meaning it doesn't catch the eye. So something eye catching is the key, but then I'm not so good with thumbnails either lol.
 
thats my problem as well, I do Wedding films for a living so as you can imagine, that's seasonal, so once wedding season hits, My Freshly Finished channel stops uploading because i am spending ALL my time shooting and editing weddings for 5-6 months and uploading to my wedding films channel Fresh Finish Media. I am still not to sure how to combat this as a wedding film does take quite some time, and i have a new wedding almost every weekend. any ideas on how i could integrate the 2 when all my time is spent already lol

Some good tips thank you for them :) i do need a new microphone too many people say it I should start listening haha. Yeah the thing about the thumbnails I didn't think of it that way so thank you :)
