Matched third-party content. why ???????? please need help

i am a partner with machinima . and i receive . Matched third-party content. i do video gaming for pes 2014
i think i have all right to put gaming video until i'm partnered with machinima .
i receive one from la liga ( mediapro ) and Juventus spa . whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
i have 66 video in my channel but 2 video have a Matched third-party content. whyyyyyyyy

Well, maybe because your uploading football highlights which are copyrighted by their respective leagues and broadcasters? Lol.

EDIT: Nvm, your uploading PES footage, from your titles it seemed as if you were uploading actual footage from the games. As Shane said, Machinima gives you no rights to upload games which you cannot upload directly with YouTube.

I know it's mildly off topic but I'd like to see someone take this to court to be honest. I think a very reasonable case can be made that the recorder of the footage of a highlights reel in a video game is the owner of that footage. Just like broadcasters owning their footage of real games despite many copyrighted pieces of material being shown within.
