Matched 3rd Party Content [But I have permission] Please Help

Do you have documented proof from Capcom? If so, then send another dispute and try sending one to Capcom.
If you do not have documented proof from Capcom stating that you can publish content using some that is owned by them, then there is nothing that can really help you since any third party content that you do not own or do not have the rights to is not allowed.
I'm not really sure anymore... What happened was I sent Capcom an email asking for permission and they replied back saying

Hello,
Provided there is no revenue gained from the use of Capcom materials in this way, there would be no objection to doing this.

Are you monetizing it? If not then send a dispute claim with proof that they sent that. I don't know if an email will work, but it's worth a try.

I do not monitize my videos(not anymore, stopped a while back before this series) and yes I have sent a dispute for this video before but it got rejected unfortunately. Thanks, I'll try to email them :D

Oh, so I guess email permission won't work :(. Alright I'll email Capcom again. Thanks :D But I am still curious this affects getting partnership at all if I were ever to apply for partnership.
Generally, if you don't have any copyright strikes or any content ID matches at the time you apply for partnership, there should be no issues. Some partnership companies may have a requirement that you don't have any copyright strikes for a specific amount of time prior to applying, but you will have to read the details in the TOS and application requirements for the company you are applying with.
