Many games on one channel?

Hazzador

I Love YTtalk
Do you guys think its a good idea to make videos based on different games or select one specific game and concentrate on that? I am planning to cover most AAA games that come out on consoles, as i don't want to stick to one game. I understand it may be harder to build a audience but this is the content i want on my channel.

If you like playing different games better, then I think you should just do that. If you don't have fun when you play, it'll be boring to watch too

I think it really depends on what you're doing with the game. If you're doing let's plays, I suggest having maybe max 3 series going on at once. Also, make sure that you do your best to finish games, because people tend to dislike it when gaming Youtubers drop the games they are playing without warning. But don't force yourself to continue playing something you dislike, either.

However, if you plan on doing reviews, then it's fine to cover a bunch of games and never touch them again. A mix of let's play and review on a channel adds some variety and I personally find that quite enjoyable~

I don't really want to do lets plays, but maybe i will do a few game reviews. I prefer to do tips and tricks, good gameplays and debates around issues with games/youtube. Thanks for the reply :D

Tis a hard one to be honest I see so many people saying pick a niche and dominate that market. But then others recommend playing different games to open up audience. I sub people purely for fifa content but also for their personality. Just play what you enjoy for now, if one game dominates views then maybe target that.

Good idea, if a game starts to become very popular i will make videos on that but i would never stick to making videos from 1 game only

I'm going through the same process at the moment. Not sure whether to stick to FIFA and fifa only, or play maybe Fifa Tuesdays Thursdays, Cod Fridays, and random game monday or something

Yeah, I realized that after making my comment, sorry. Still, from what I have seen in your videos, you have a very clear, professional voice. I think your reviews would be really good! Let me know if you do do reviews, I might check them out~
