Making your videos as entertaining as possible

This is something people seem to overlook. A simple detail. If you can't watch the whole video, the viewer won't either. Make your videos fun to the point where you would watch them yourself.

I dont, simply the fact that I cant stand my own voice - but i know i am sorta quite entertaining and funny guy from my friends IRL, but i have had really good feedback from a lot of different people saying that my videos are really entertaining and i should have more views / subs than I should.

The only thing I hate is people that say they like your videos so that you will go to their channel, lol.

There are videos of mine that I can't stand watching that do really well, and there are ones I may like to watch that people don't.

It's not a good measure sadly, I originally thought it was but it doesn't help, the bottleneck will always be at exposure. Watching your own videos from start to finish is very different from someone else watching them start to finish. It's easier for me because it's a slight bias (if that's what you want to call it), whether I'm playing with a friend or doing solo, because I know me and my friends. Conveying that inner circle in a more open & public manner is by far the biggest challenge and this is where people will struggle to watch from start to finish if they too are not familiar with you and/or your friends.
