Making Your Subscriber Number Public?

So when I set up my YouTube account, I think by mistake I made it so my view count and subscriber number were private, is there any way I can make these Public again? Because I want people to see the actual number instead of seeing 0 Subscribers and 0 views.

For the view count, go to your "About" page and click on the pen icon that's near your subscriber/view count and at the bottom, under "Statistics" check in "Show views".
