Making Thumbnails....

With youtube releasing the option for all users to make custom thumbnails, how do you make them? I have a Mac and have read things about needing a pc etc etc. Are there pre made templates you can find?

I made a template that you can download here:

You need Photoshop to edit that template though which is available for mac, as for free image editing program for mac I think GIMP runs on it:

That template may or may not work with GIMP.

That ^ and also you can use macromedia flash to make thumbnails its sort of a super advanced version of paint.
