Making Money from Old Videos

I Love YTtalk
I have a TON of videos and most have no views. Do people usually go back and watch your older stuff so that those videos rack up views too (once you start rolling in subscribers and viewers, of course lol)?

From my experiences I'm afraid the answer to this is no, hardly anybody watches any old videos if anybody..

Occasionally my subscribers (very minimal) will check out my old videos if I link it in the outro, otherwise they won't really bother unless they like the name or thumbnail of the video and then they will. But not promised.

People usually watch my semi-new/old videos (Like the newest 10) but never go far enough back to watch most of the older ones. This is a big problem since I spend so much time on each video and once I make a new one, people don't watch the old ones anymore. Most new subscribers don't even watch any of my old videos and only watch new ones I post. Although, due to lucky search results, many of my older videos still continue to get views. Occasionally, you will get some random subscribers that enjoy going back and watching your old stuff.

It depends I guess. Usually when I discover a new channel the first thing I do is check out most of their videos. If I REALLY like it, like Cinema Sins and How it Should Have Ended I go back and watch ALL their videos because I know it'll be a while before the next one is out. It all depends on if the new viewer is a fan of all/most of your stuff or just likes that one video you posted.
