If you goal is to make money i wouldn't recommend splitting profits at this point with any MCN. If you want the tools available then go for it.

When they first started they had great exposure for their partners through the spotlight series (I was actually featured in an episode) the exposure was a plus but that is no longer going on

We record our own music and songs. I don't need that part of the service. Some of our videos are beginning to get ranked and we are getting 10K+ views a day. What I need more is protection from people stealing our content and flagging our videos for spam and other YT community guideline BS. I already saw 5 videos stolen on youtube. They are getting more views than my original video.
