The ideology for Maker is that accountability for channel growth ultimately falls on you, the creator, they just equip you with handy features like, access to a royalty free sound library, and Spreadshirt (if you're looking to expand to merch).
If you're looking for one on one, kind of guidance... Maker offers that sort of assistance to a very select few. I believe, speculating here, that to be
considered you need:
1) see A LOT of potential in your channel's brand identity and content
2) have a, at least, an engaged 5 digit following
Perhaps it would serve useful to clarify, or provide more context, to what you mean by "benefit"?
To me, in my short time with Maker, I do find that their features have benefited my channel; I have met like-minded creators through their forums, gotten much use out of the supplementary resources for video editing, and frequently have high paying ads to overlay onto my videos.
