Make an ad for this video icon?

Recently youtube has placed a "make an ad for this video" icon next to my videos. Have any of you guys given this a try?

I was hoping it was lol It only appears next to videos I've monetised by the looks of it. Typical YouTube, they want me to pay them to advertise for them to get even more money >.> The amount you'd make probably wouldn't cover the costs either.
