Make a custom URL option is gone

I've done it before on my. Old channel but now I don't have the option why is that?

I just did yesterday actually. It works for me. I wonder why it isn't appearing for you.

Sometimes if you use the "Create a New Channel" option on your existing account (with your main channel etc) it won't let you create a custom URL for the second channel.

That's the problem dang that's sucks cause if I make a new one I won't be able to verify it since you can't use your number with more then two accounts
