Major Quality Issue on my Tutorials

Have you changed any of your render settings or updated your editing software? Sometimes updates can inadvertently change your default settings.

Not recently, no. I also checked my settings and they are still set properly. I think I need to contact Adobe Support tomorrow.[DOUBLEPOST=1383247609,1383211205][/DOUBLEPOST]So, I've tried exporting as different formats, making sure to export using maximum render quality. I managed to get the pixelation to go away on my video intro (yay), but the rest is still complete crap. *sigh* I I can't post the video like this ... it's impossible to read anything and really defeats the purpose of a tutorial. Adobe Support, here I come!
