Machinima or Curse

Yeah, these are some things to consider, but I don't feel right encouraging OP to do something illegal because he might not have to face the consequences. Machinima probably has a standard operating procedure for events like this, which may or may not involve cutting their loses and moving on.

I'm inclined to believe the important part of the transaction is having a legally binding contract between both parties, as that contract probably has a line in it that obligates OP to link his channel.
Machinima probably has 10-30 channels not accept daily, I doubt they care tbh :P

I'd agree if we were talking about declining invites or backing out early in the courting process, but my understanding is that OP actually has a signed contract with them. I wouldn't be surprised if OP gets away scot free by breaking his contract at this moment, but my money says they have this situation down to a science, and if OP breaks the contract Machinima's going to shrug, flip a switch, and let their fine-tuned legal machine take him/her to task.

Revshare is not really the focal point of YouTube revenue, its the CPM. Now networks can't guarantee a CPM but they can show you averages and statistics. Another thing you really want to look for is the partner support, do they respond right away? Finally a huge part of picking a network is how long is the contract? Kind of see which network offers the best of everything and then choose, you don't want to get stuck in a contract with a network for 2 years and never get one response.
