Low Views and Low Subscribers

Hi! I've been a YouTuber for ages, and recently I've started making about one video a week.

However my channel consistently has low views and low subscribers. It's really discouraging. Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I can drive engagement with my videos?

Thanks,
Ashley

If your view numbers are low it's no wonder your subscriber numbers are as well. You need to get people rolling in first and think about changes later if they don't convert into subscribers. The recipe is promotion promotion promotion but no Spam. Find social communities that are about your video topics or try to create content that targets big online groups.

You seem to visit foreign places a lot. Try the Instagram Hyperlapse app (for iPhone and I think Android) if you have one of those phones and do a hyperlapse tour of the places instead of just brief clips. It could turn out interesting. If you still want to comment then add in some hyperlapse along with commentary. I just got this app about 30 minutes ago so I'm not sure how well it will do, but on a couple test shots I took it stabilizes pretty damn well for a free app.

Actually I looked at your channel and for the amount of time you have been consistantly posting videos, your subs and views are actually pretty decent. It takes kind of a long time of consistancy and promoting your channel to increase those. Being active on forums like this help a pretty decent amount. And using twitter helps too :)

Your channel is awesome, your banner, avatar, thumbnails, everything is awesome, your videos have beautiful touch!
Keep making more videos, you'll definitely earn more subs :D
