Low Monetized Playbacks?

Hello, I have never posted here before, so sorry in advance if I have done something wrong here... Anyways, my channel gets about 1000 views per day, but only 50 or less of those views are monetized every day. Is that normal? I always thought the number would be much higher. Thanks. :)

Some views are on unmonetized platforms
Are you partnered with a network?
When you upload a video wait until the upload has finished and then go to the monetization settings and put monetize in all countries and make sure pre-roll ads are ticked for ads before the video and post-roll ads for ads after your video. Hope this helps :)
 
Yes, I have been partnered with a network for about 3 months now. I don't see the pre-roll and post-roll ads you're talking about, but as far as I can tell, all of the monetization settings are checked other than the paid product placement.

When you select the video to be monetized do you do it while it is uploading or after it has finished uploading?
Who are you partnered with?
 
It is automatically set to monetize as soon as I upload, and I haven't bothered to change it. I am partnered with Vectra gaming / Age of Gaming btw.
