Could be a memory leak. Unfortunately without seeing resource manager during the high memory usage there's not much you can do.

Never used that before but just found it. So keep it running and see what happens if that error comes up to see where all the memory is going to?

Don't even need to keep it running, turn it on once the error turns up and it should show you what processes are using the memory. Chances are it's Premiere Pro since that's what Windows closed and Adobe apps do have a habit of not turning off properly and running in the background but it's still worth keeping an eye on. It's also pretty useful if the PC is running slowly, can see what's bottlenecking and what applications are using all your system's resources. This is also something that can happen if the memory is being used up.

Its so annoying, this is about a month old and I never had this issue with my previous PC which wasn't even 1/6 as powerful. Managed to import 10hrs GoPro footage and edit into a 45min video without a single crash, memory problem etc.
The Mobo was on its last legs a year or so after that, though i blame Windows to be fair, PC crashed literally every 20mins even with a clean install. Went onto linux as i was desperate and couldn't get anything and it never crashed once.
Very tempted to go back to Linux Ubuntu but its getting decent editing programs like Prem and After effects, also the odd Steam game etc.

Either you have a memory leaking problem, or you have to many things open at once. I suggest you check Task Manager every once in a while to see how your PC is doing.
