Lost over 50 subscribers....

So I logged onto youtube this morning to realize I have 96 subscribers instead of 157 which I had yesterday.
Can somebody tell me what happened and help me please!
 
Holy crap! That's a big drop! The only thing I can imagine is that all of those were dead or abandoned channels that Youtube eventually deleted. Were any of these subs actually active?
 
Oh wow that sucks! But yeah I agree with the other - YouTube was removing inactive/dead accounts. Same thing happened to me the other day, when I lost over 20. And I know for a fact they were inactive as I got sub botted and all the removed accounts were the fakes ones. I know it's sad to see your numbers drop, but tell yourself that you didn't *really* lose anything if they weren't contributing in any way to your channel.

Virtually everybody.
Our channel 10, some other several hundreds, Pewdiepie around 70 000 (somebody checked his channel on socialblade yesterday).
