Lost 4 subs today.

I lose 1 or 2 here and there but I usually gain them back, over the next day. Just walk it off there are plenty more subs out there
 
I believe it's most common that when someone closes their account, or Youtube decides to close an idle account, (like idle for over 2 years? ish?) You lose those subs, basically dead subs. So it's not a "big" lost because they are not active anyway, but the number always make your channel look good, haha :D So don't worry new living subs will come in!
 
Out of interest, what are people's subscriber "turnover rate" ?

No need to post absolute figures - I'd just be interested in the relative percentage turnover:

1)Look at you subscriber stats for the last 30 days
2)Divide "subscribers lost" (far right column) by "subscribers" (far left column) and then multiply by 100

Mine is 8%
 
No I've been gaining more subscribers and haven't uploaded a video since 2 weeks ago! Though the other week I lost one, but I gained a new one. :D

I'm so close to 3,000!
