Losing then gaining subscribers. Subscriber Limbo.

Im a bit up and down as Youtube are currently removing any dead subscribers which is obviously a good thing but you still feel bad as your numbers have gone down. Every other day I am losing one at the moment, although have gained two more this week so not all that bad!

With the few subs I have, I haven't lost one yet - or I didn't notice (lost 1, gained 1) - but I love that way of looking at it! I'll remember that for when it happens.

But isn't it great when you know the reason? I imagine how horrible it must be if you lose a couple of subscribers on a video but can't figure out why.

If someone is actually going to unsubscribe because you had technical difficulties or even a bad video, they weren't going to stick around anyway. You want the loyal subscribers that will stick with you.
