losing subscribers?

Is anyone had the problem of losing subscribers so early on?

I have 84 subs now but I've lost two in the past week? Is this telling me my most recent video isn't decent? Why did they sub me in the first place if they didn't like my content.

What's your view?

I've had this happen quite a lot. Those subscribers aren't real subscribers, they subscribed to you in the hope that you would subscribe back to them. They don't watch your content, heck you don't even exist for them. The subscribers that you do have and do watch your content, are much better.

Don't focus on the subs you lose, but focus on the new subscribers you could get! :)

Never give up btw, you can not give up on your dreams!

I think this a normal fluctuation. The most important is the your sub incremental rate must be higher than your sub decrements rate. This is because some people just tends to reduce the number of their subscriptions in order to manage the "subscription tab" easily. Moreover, YouTube frequently delete those inactive accounts which haven't been used for long time.

It's pretty normal. Some people think you'll subscribe back to them just because they subscribed to you. Pretty s****y I know.

I gain and lose subs every day. In fact I think the ratio is around for every 10 new ones I lose 1 old one.
I lost around 400 subs last month..

Thanks guys appreciate the comments, since I've lost 2 subs I'd gained nearly 10 so in effect I'm still going forward so close to 100 I can just taste it!
